CircoPan
Circular composite panels

Textile waste, rebuilt as structural panel.

CircoPan upcycles low-bulk-density industrial textile fines and secondary polypropylene into high-performance, wood-free composite panels — a low-carbon alternative to OSB for construction.

Closing the loop between textile waste and sustainable construction

Our mission is to eliminate industrial textile waste by upcycling low-bulk-density fiber fines and secondary polymers into high-performance, wood-free structural panels. We bridge the gap between textile circularity and sustainable construction by replacing resource-intensive materials with engineered, low-carbon composite solutions — driving Europe's twin green and digital transition.

CircoPan is actively conducting industrial scaling trials to upcycle secondary textile dust and technical fiber fractions into high-performance circular composite panels.

From lab validation to pilot production

Our official digital platform, technical datasheets, and commercial documentation are currently in active development to support our upcoming pilot launch.
